>>ABOUT CENTRAL CAL VOLLEYBALL
WHAT IS CLUB VOLLEYBALL
Club volleyball provides players from 11U-18U the opportunity to practice, train and compete against other club volleyball teams either locally, regionally or nationally. All coaching, uniforms, practices, tournaments, insurance and club costs are factored into club dues. Central Cal offers competitive national club teams for girls which compete on a seasonal basis, with the goal being to finish among the top teams in Northern California and the nation. Please check out our Frequently Asked Questions page to learn more about the tryout process, practice and tournament schedule and more!
Alternatively, Central Cal offers several programs for girls at a variety of skill levels. Our popular camps and clinics provide solid foundational training opportunities for players of all ages and ability levels, offer flexibility in joining one or more sessions, and are open to all players regardless of club affiliation.
CENTRAL CAL's PHILOSOPHY
Central Cal Volleyball provides an opportunity for student-athletes to learn and develop mental, physical, technical, and tactical skills in a safe and positive environment that fosters personal growth and passion for the sport of volleyball. Our overall goal is to teach important life skills athletes will use beyond the sport. This includes developing our athlete's work ethic beyond their comfort zone, teaching what it means to be unconditionally committed, how to deal with adversity while working with other and how to compete at a high level with respect, integrity and confidence.
